Complete the job with your team. The lead will inspect the work, sign off on completion, and your payment will be released immediately through the app.
The team lead strategizes with the group, using everyone’s strengths to ensure smooth execution. They keep the team accountable for high-quality results and only release payment after a final inspection. Once satisfied, the lead approves the job in the app, triggering payouts for all cleaners.
Already employed? No problem. Joining the ShinyBees network simply gives you access to pop-up cleaning jobs that fit around your schedule. Listings come and go, so you can apply for a project when it works for you.
