ShinyBees is a woman-led, family business that has been operating in the cleaning industry for a combined 40+ years. The company was founded by Celi B., who started out as a sole operator and quickly built a loyal client base that continues to employ her regularly. ShinyBees' roster of clients includes local celebrities, such as noteworthy news anchors, sports figures, as well as many other professionals who lives in O'ahu.
The company's reputation for trust and quality is the main reason why clients continue to retain their services year after year. Celi and her team deliver outstanding service that is second to none in the industry. ShinyBees' roots run deep in the hospitality industry, with many family members having worked at various hotels, including Halekulani, Sheraton, and the Ala Moana Hotel. This experience has translated into a commitment to providing exceptional service to all of ShinyBees' clients.

Passionate about our work, our planet, and our community: meet our dedicated team of hardworking professionals, driven by a shared commitment to excellence.
We saw a gap between clients needing reliable cleaning services and professionals looking for meaningful work. To bridge that gap, we built a network that assembles top cleaners into efficient teams, optimizing every job for quality and speed. Our system ensures fair, performance-based rewards, so cleaners can focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional service. By streamlining the process, we save time, energy, and resources on both sides, making every project smooth and rewarding for all involved.
From the challenges of the pandemic rose ShinyBees - a cleaning service that was born out of the need to support our family members who lost work hours. But what started as a side-gig to make ends meet has now become something more. With flexibility and resourcefulness, we've managed to grow the business and help not just ourselves, but also members of the community who went through similar ordeals.
As we continue to expand, we hope to gain the support of the public and State of Hawaii so we can work on projects that benefit both the community and the environment.
